L&rsquo;IDI  <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW23391275 BCX8\">op\u00e8re<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW23391275 BCX8\"> \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale, en collaborant avec un large \u00e9ventail de parties prenantes et de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires. Il s&rsquo;agit notamment des institutions sup\u00e9rieures de contr\u00f4le des finances publiques (ISC) de diff\u00e9rents pays, des organes de l&rsquo;Organisation internationale des institutions sup\u00e9rieures de contr\u00f4le des finances publiques (INTOSAI), des entit\u00e9s des Nations unies, ainsi que des organisations non gouvernementales internationales (ONGI) et des organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile (OSC). L&rsquo;IDI s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 faire preuve d&rsquo;une gouvernance responsable, \u00e9thique et transparente dans tous les aspects de son travail.  <\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW23391275 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span data-contrast=\"none\">Code d&rsquo;\u00e9thique de l&rsquo;IDI <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"> <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le personnel de l&rsquo;IDI, les membres du conseil d&rsquo;administration de l&rsquo;IDI et tous les partenaires travaillant pour le compte de l&rsquo;IDI sont r\u00e9gis par le Code d&rsquo;\u00e9thique de l&rsquo;IDI<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. <\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">Le Code propose un ensemble de valeurs pour guider les comportements et la prise de d\u00e9cision. Il est centr\u00e9 sur sept valeurs \u00e9thiques :  <\/span><span> <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Int\u00e9grit\u00e9<\/span><span> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et responsabilit\u00e9<\/span><span> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Impartialit\u00e9 et objectivit\u00e9<\/span><span> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Confidentialit\u00e9<\/span><span> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Transparence<\/span><span> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Respect, comportement envers les autres, diversit\u00e9 et \u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances<\/span><span> <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\">Comp\u00e9tence<\/span><span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span data-contrast=\"none\">Cadre de traitement des plaintes de l&rsquo;IDI<\/span><span> <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Le Code est soutenu par un solide cadre de traitement des plaintes de l&rsquo;IDI.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">  Le cadre fournit les r\u00e8gles, les r\u00e9glementations et les proc\u00e9dures pour les plaintes internes et externes.<\/span><span> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span data-contrast=\"none\">Politique anticorruption de l&rsquo;IDI<\/span><span> <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">L&rsquo;IDI a une tol\u00e9rance z\u00e9ro envers la corruption. La  <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Politique anticorruption de l&rsquo;IDI <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">fournit les lignes directrices <\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">visant \u00e0 garantir que l&rsquo;IDI, son personnel et tous ceux qui travaillent pour le compte de l&rsquo;organisation adh\u00e8rent aux normes les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es d&rsquo;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et de responsabilit\u00e9. Cette politique est li\u00e9e au Code et au Cadre, et les plaintes doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du Cadre. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>Politique de sauvegarde de l&rsquo;IDI <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">L&rsquo;IDI ne s&rsquo;engage pas dans des services de premi\u00e8re ligne qui incluent le travail avec des enfants, des jeunes et des adultes vuln\u00e9rables. Cependant, le personnel de l&rsquo;IDI et les autres personnes qui travaillent avec l&rsquo;IDI passent beaucoup de temps dans les pays en d\u00e9veloppement, vivant et travaillant dans des communaut\u00e9s locales o\u00f9 des enfants, des jeunes et des adultes vuln\u00e9rables sont pr\u00e9sents. De plus, l&rsquo;exploitation sexuelle, les abus, le harc\u00e8lement et l&rsquo;intimidation sont tous des probl\u00e8mes qui pourraient survenir au sein de toute organisation. La politique de sauvegarde de l&rsquo;IDI    <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 aider l&rsquo;IDI \u00e0 adopter une pratique et une culture de sauvegarde plus compl\u00e8tes. Code doit \u00eatre signal\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de la section 4.3 du Code. Toute violation de l&rsquo;une des autres politiques ci-dessus peut \u00eatre signal\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du Cadre. <\/p>\n<p>Outre les canaux internes de signalement au sein de l&rsquo;IDI, comme sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 dans le code, les violations pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es pour tout le personnel de l&rsquo;IDI peuvent \u00eatre signal\u00e9es directement au directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;IDI.
