Terms of Reference for Term end evaluation of CADRE initiative

IDI is inviting bids from qualified firms, Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs), or individual consultants to conduct an independent term-end evaluation of the CADRE Initiative.

The evaluation will assess the initiative’s effectiveness, results, and lessons learned in strengthening SAI independence through collaboration between SAIs and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in Malawi and Zambia.

Eligible bidders must demonstrate experience evaluating governance, accountability, or capacity development programmes, familiarity with OECD-DAC evaluation criteria, and fluency in English.

CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Terms of Reference for Graphic Design and Visual Communication Services

IDI is seeking a graphic design and visual communication service provider to support the development of high-quality visual materials for communications, advocacy, digital learning, publications, social media, infographics, and video editing support.

The selected agency will work closely with IDI teams to help communicate complex topics related to governance, accountability, public financial management, and sustainable development in clear, engaging, and accessible ways.

Who can apply?

We invite proposals from qualified graphic design and visual communication agencies with demonstrated experience in visual storytelling, digital communication, publication design, accessibility, multilingual content adaptation, and video editing support services.

Experience working with international organisations, development partners, or public sector institutions will be considered an asset.
