Professional Learning and Growth

Professional learning and growth refers to the ongoing process of acquiring new knowledge, developing skills, and improving competencies to enhance one’s performance and effectiveness in their professional role. Unlike formal professional qualifications or certifications, professional learning and growth focus on the development of knowledge and skills without a competency-based assessment. It is typically driven by the requirements of practical application within an IDI initiative.

Professional learning may take various form including face to face or virtual workshops, knowledge sharing webinars, and participation in cooperative audits.
