EFA – Equal Futures Audit
What is EFA Changemakers?
We had 15 SAIs participating in English and 9 SAIs participating in Spanish.
Each SAI nominated two persons from different leadership levels. While one acted as EFA Changemaker Strategy, the other acted as EFA Changemaker Audit.
The EFA Changemakers are auditors who are AWAKE to inequalities and who contribute to equal features through audit work.
The EFA changemakers went through an online capacity development, in-person meetings to continue the online capacity development activities and to discuss the approach related to EFA audit and strategy, and online support from mentors and IDI team on the development of the strategy and the audit.
The candidates who successfully completed their education, strategy and audit assignments graduated as IDI’s EFA Changemaker.
