What is Together?
TOGETHER is IDI’s global initiative supporting SAIs in building effective, ethical, and inclusive human resource (HR) systems. It brings together three critical and interconnected areas of SAI governance Human Resource Management (HRM), Ethics, and Inclusion under one holistic framework for people-centred institutional development.
Since its launch, TOGETHER has equipped SAIs with practical tools, tailored assessments, and targeted interventions that improve HR systems, strengthen ethics controls, and foster inclusive work environments.
