Meet the IDI Board
IDI's Board is composed of ten members from different supreme audit institutions. Get to know them better in our "Meet the Board" series.
The revised Global Call for Proposals Strategy (GCP) agreed following the 9th INTOSAI-Donor Steering Committee meeting in Cape Town places a greater emphasis on SAIs and INTOSAI bodies as providers of peer to peer support.
In preparation for the relaunch of the GCP – around the end of March this year – we hereby invite interested SAIs and INTOSAI bodies to submit Capability Statements indicating their capacity and willingness to act as providers of peer to peer support to SAIs in developing countries. Capability Statements received by 28 February will be placed on the INTOSAI-Donor Cooperation webpages and shared with donor partners looking to fund peer to peer support under the forthcoming GCP. Capability Statements received after this date will be placed on the webpages upon receipt.
We are sending this message to all INTOSAI members of the INTOSAI-Donor Cooperation, and specifically request that INTOSAI regional and sub-regional bodies circulate this to their member SAIs.
We look forward to your active involvement in making the relaunched Global Call for Proposals an even more effective mechanism for providing high quality capacity development support to SAIs in developing countries.
Best regards
Martin Aldcroft
Deputy Director General & Head of the INTOSAI-Donor Secretariat
