Call for proposals for Sustainable Performance Audit Practices Associates

IDI is facilitating ‘Sustainable Performance Audit Practices (SPAP) in Asia and the Pacific’ for six Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) - Bangladesh, Bhutan, Mongolia, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, and the Philippines. IDI is looking for SPAP Associates to work with the IDI team to carry out assigned tasks under the initiative's seven priorities or ‘envelopes’.

We invite applications from individuals who are citizens of countries in Asia and the Pacific regions and who can demonstrate the competencies detailed in the call for proposals.

We will give preference to individuals located in any of the six countries participating in this project, subject to their meeting the competency requirements. We encourage women and citizens of developing countries in Asia and the Pacific to apply.

Terms of Reference for procurement of Conversion of Digital Education from English to Arabic and/or French

IDI is looking for bidders with experience translating from English to Arabic and/or French and converting digital content. Bidders may be natural persons, private entities, or government-owned entities.

The PESA Digital Education is a part of a large professionalisation initiative for SAI Auditors. PESA Digital Education has been piloted in English and will now be delivered in Arabic and French. The current assignment involves translating and converting the English digital education material into Arabic and French. IDI has source files for the digital education content in ‘Articulate Storyline’, which has a total duration of 160 hours. This content must be converted to Arabic and French to run in the IDI's Learning Management System (LMS). IDIs LMS is based on Moodle 3.11.
