This side event is co-organized by IDI, the Government of Indonesia and the Partner for Reviews (P4R) GIZ to provide a platform for SAIs, State and Non-State Stakeholders and UN Agencies in Asia and the Pacific to explore the role of SAIs in the implementation and review of the SDGs. It which will be held at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok on 29 March 2019, as a part of The 6th Asia Pacific Forum on Sustainable Development (APFSD) from 27 March to 29 March 2019 hosted by UN ESCAP.
IDI will also participate in the Arabic Forum on Sustainable Development (AFSD) and African Regional Forum on Sustainable Development (ARFSD). AFSD will be held in Beirut, Lebanon from 9 to 11 April organized by the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UN ESCWA). ARFSD will be held in Marrakesh, Morocco from 16 to 18 April 2019 organized the Economic Commission for Africa (UN ECA).
