The IDI was honoured to receive Ms. Qin Buoyong at the IDI office in Oslo on 24 April 2018. She and her delegation presented a summary of important training and professional development activities that the CNAO is currently doing, such as a Master’s program in Government Audit and it’s work on the professional development of more than 100 000 Auditor. IDI presented its own capacity development programmes and activities to the Chinese Delegation. The two parties discussed future areas of cooperation including IDI making presentations or giving lectures at the Audit Academy in Nanjing and working together more closely when CNAO takes over the hosting of the ASOSAI Secretariat.
The CNAO has long been a substantial contributor to IDI, providing in-kind support in the form of hosting events and providing resource persons for IDI programs.
