The IDI Board met in Oslo on 27 November 2019. Board members approved the IDI Operational Plan and budget for 2020. The projected budget of 99,96 Mio € for 2020, will allow IDI to continue its successful journey to implement the IDI Strategic Plan 2019-2023.
In the meeting, the Board also appointed the following four Board members for a second term:
Ms. Margit Kraker, President of the Court of Audit of Austria and Secretary General of INTOSAI
Mr. Kimi Makwetu, Auditor General of South Africa, Chair of the Capacity Building Committee
Ms. Pamela Monroe-Ellis, Auditor General of Jamaica and Secretary General CAROSAI
Ms. Lara Taylor-Pearce, Auditor General of Sierra Leone
The Board also approved IDI’s new Evaluation Policy and Guidance.

This year’s Board meeting coincides with the annual international campaign of the 16 days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence. The IDI Board joins the international community in voicing support for the campaign.
