The Supreme Audit Office of Czech Republic organized a seminar aimed at exchanging experiences in performing cooperative audits. There were 62 participants, from 20 SAIs. The IDI was represented by Ms. Maria Lucia Lima, Manager Capacity Development, who did a presentation called: “IDI sharing experiences, lessons learned and challenges on cooperative audits as a capacity development support mechanism”.
The seminar was organized in three parts: presentations; marketplace; and three simultaneous workshops to discuss the risks, challenges and good practices on selecting a topic for a cooperative audit, conducting the audit and reporting. Ms. Lima was invited to moderate one workshop and to present the conclusions of the three workshops.
