As part of the 3i IDI/ARABOSAI ISSAI based pilot Compliance Audits of procurement programme, 8 audit teams (from Mauritania, Morocco, Tunisia, Sudan, Oman, Palestine, Iraq and Jordan) conducted ISSAI based Compliance Audit engagements in their respective countries. Before starting the audits, the teams were trained by IDI during a workshop held in Jordan from 18 to 29 September 2016.
In order to provide the teams with an opportunity to receive peer and expert feedback on the audits they conducted, an Audit Review Meeting was held in Muscat, Oman from 14 to 18 May 2017. The meeting was attended by 20 participants and 5 Resource persons.
