The Competency Evaluation Meeting for the IDI-OLACEFS Certification of the eLearning Specialists was held in Bogota, Colombia from 4-8 December 2017. A total of 5 mentors from the SAIs of Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Panama. During the same week, the Independent Review Meeting for this Certification Programme will also take place. Two evaluators from SAIs of Colombia and Ecuador are working together with Minor Sancho and Karina Mera.
