Well-Governed SAIs Work Stream

New initiatives 2021

As of 2021, the IDI will launch four new initiatives under the Well-Governed SAIs work stream, focusing on organizational management, leadership and resilience.

 ICT Governance

The objective of this initiative is to support SAIs in establishing robust processes and systems for managing their information and communication technologies to assist stronger performance.

 Human Resources, Ethics and Gender

The objective of this initiative is to support SAIs in improving their human resource management with a special focus on promoting ethical and gender-sensitive practices.

Risk and Crisis Management

The objective of this initiative is to enable more resilient SAIs by equipping them with tools and guidance on how to develop strong processes for managing risks and for crisis preparedness and response.

Leadership Masterclasses

The objective of this initiative is to provide SAI leaders with the opportunity to gather and apply new insights, knowledge and tools on specific topics from renowned personalities and specialists in their respective fields.
